Note: PreFlight is 1.1 miles closer to the main terminals (C, D & E) than the airport's economy lot!
From North via I-45: Take I-45 south to 1960 and turn left. Take 1960 east about 8 miles to Kenswick Drive and turn right. Take Kenswick south about 1 mile and PreFlight will be on your left. Please pull ticket at entrance then turn right and park near the front of your area (covered or uncovered) the lot.
From North via Hardy Toll Road: Take toll road south to 1960 and turn left. Take 1960 east about 7 miles to Kenswick Drive and turn right. Take Kenswick south about 1 miles and PreFlight will be on your left.
From North via Hwy 59: Take Hwy 59 south to Will Clayton Parkway and turn right (west). PreFlight is about 1 mile down on your right. Look for red PreFlight sign.
From South (downtown) via Hwy 59: Take Hwy 59 north to Will Clayton Parkway and turn left (west). PreFlight is 1.1 miles down on your right. Look for red PreFlight sign.
From South via I-45: Take I-45 north to Beltway 8 (Airport exit). Go east on Beltway 8 about 5 miles to Hwy 59 north. Go north on Hwy 59 1 mile to Will Clayton Parkway and turn left (west). PreFlight is 1.1 miles down on your right. Look for the red PreFlight sign.
From Airport: Follow the airport exit signs to Hwy 59. This will lead you to Will Clayton Parkway, continue east on Will Clayton and cross Lee Road. Continue 1 mile east to the Lee Road northbound turn-around and turn left. Turn left again onto Will Clayton and PreFlight will be on your right 1 block down. Look for the red PreFlight sign.
What to Expect at PreFlight IAH:
1) The entrance for PreFlight IAH is on Will Clayton Parkway just before Kenswick Ave. The only time you will be asked to present a reservation is when the "FULL" sign is displayed. If you made a reservation and the "FULL" sign is displayed, don't worry we saved a space for you! Otherwise, pull a ticket from the ticket dispenser (do not lose this ticket) and stop at the cashier booth and the cashier will direct you where to park depending on your choice of parking service. We have two types of parking:
Covered Self Park ($10.00) - Drive straight ahead to the entrance of covered parking and insert the white ticket you just pulled from the ticket dispenser. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
Uncovered Self Park ($7.00) - The cashier will give you a specific row to park in. Please proceed to that row following the directional signs on the lot. You may park anywhere on that row. Please note, if you park in an area other than the row the cashier directed you to the shuttle may not be able to find you and your service will be delayed. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
2) Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip), and after you have collected your luggage proceed to the area dedicated for shuttle pick-up for your terminal. Please refer to your red & white slip for further directions. A PreFlight shuttle will arrive at this area within five minutes (for faster service after midnight, and at all times at Terminal E, call 281.358.2900). Please give your red & white slip to the driver. The driver will bring you back to your vehicle.
3) Once you have reached your vehicle follow the signs to the cashier exit located at the entrance plaza. Please have your white ticket, coupon, vouchers, and payment ready. Please note: your coupon or voucher must be presented to the cashier before the transaction is completed in order to receive a discount.
