A quick note to call to your attention to the outstanding service of some of your key staff and to thank you for their service on a recent experience. Upon returning from a a trip, we found that the rear brakes had locked up and we were unable to move. We called AAA and prepared to wait the hour for them to tow our car. We notified your manager on duty that evening, Karim, to please watch for the AAA flatbed and informed him of the problem as well. Karim quickly came to our aid, evaluated the problem and summoned additional staff to assist. Within minutes your driver Abdel (mechanic by trade) began to work on the rear tire where the problem was isolated and was able to correct the problem. We were frankly overwhelmed with the customer service these gentlemen provided. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my 25+ years of traveling. I just wanted to tell you what a great experience it was parking in your lot. The drivers are wonderful and I wanted to let you know about an act of kindness. When I went to my car the battery was dead. I walked to the building to let your workers know that an AAA truck would be coming. One of your workers was kind enough to offer me assistance in starting the car with the battery charging service and got my car started promptly. I appreciated his help and his warm manner. Just wanted to take a minute to thank one of your supervisors Julio, who jump started my car. I’ve been parking with you for the past 4 ½ yrs. When I returned from a four day trip, I realized that I forgot to turn off my interior light and in freezing rain no less. Therefore I had a dead battery situation. Julio did not hesitate to come out in that weather and get me started and was able to get me home to my family. Just wanted you to know how one of your supervisors went above and beyond to help out. I had my luggage and carry on stolen. So I arrived at the pickup stall with just my purse. The driver was so understanding and sympathetic of my situation; he emptied the rest of the passengers before taking me to my car. The woman who took my payment was also very sympathetic and took the time to look up my Frequent Parker account number so I'd get credit for the extra days I had to pay due to the lost ticket. I left your facility feeling cared for, and believe me, it was a welcome feeling after the afternoon I endured. Please pass along my thanks. - Deborah
