Every time I fly, I start my trip with Pre Flight Airport Parking and I always recommend Pre Flight to others because your service has always impressed me. It’s the professionalism, the clean buses, the reasonable rates, the convenience and the car-to-bus (door-to-door) service that I love.

Two weeks ago however, all previous experiences were trumped by Calvin. I enjoyed all the same great service that I have come to love AND Calvin … a ray of sunshine and a provider of exemplary customer service that has me terribly spoiled now! What a great personality he has! Please pass on my thanks to Calvin for making the start of my trip extra special. I smiled all the way to Florida just thinking about the fun bus ride with him in the morning!

I would like to commend your drivers. We noticed that they all wear their seat belts, pay attentive to detail and are not grabbing our luggage expecting a tip but seem genuinely surprised and grateful when we give them a tip. Your cashiers are always attentive and we get their complete attention for our transaction. In other words you run a uniquely successful facility. Please keep up the good work. - Pete
